the jewels of PEKAN are of our own/exclusive design and are manufactured in our workshop only under firm order from end customers, without pre-stocking, as they are products that use precious metals; as a result, our average shipping time is around 3 weeks.
When placing an order, the customer undertakes to sign the receipt document presented by the person carrying out the delivery, in which he can include all the observations he deems necessary.
By signing the receipt document, the customer recognizes having received the number of volumes indicated therein.
Se o customer verifies that there are damaged products or that there are missing products, he must make a claim to the company within a maximum period of three days.
Orders from the Online Store PEKAN JEWELLERY have a cost for Portugal and for the entire European Union, unless expressly stated otherwise, under specific campaigns.
