ORDERS, PRICE and PAYMENTS

When placing an order, you are subject to the General Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order value.

A PEKAN Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order placed. If your order is accepted/rejected, we will inform you by email.

By placing an order, you guarantee us that all the data provided by you is true and correct and that you are the owner of the credit or debit card used when placing the order and that it has sufficient funds to pay for the items. The cost of products and services purchased in any country with a currency other than € may be subject to exchange rates. All advertised prices are subject to these variations.

a) Our contract:
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the order: we remind you that this is just a confirmation email, but does not constitute automatic acceptance of your order. The contract between us will only be effective upon our e-mail confirming that the items have actually been paid for and subsequently shipped. Only the items contained in that email will be included in the contract formed.

b) Price and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the shipment of one of the items purchased by you, we will try to inform you as soon as possible and give you the possibility to reconfirm your order or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order as cancelled. if the PEKAN Jewellery or you, the customer, have canceled the order and payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund.

All prices include VAT, except for countries outside the EU that are exempt from VAT, such as Brazil and the USA; the prices shown for these countries are already exempt from VAT. All final costs to be paid by the customer will be included in the "Total Cost".

c) Payment
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details and confirmation of your order.

After we receive your order, we will proceed with a control of the payment made by you, in order to guarantee that the method used is viable or has sufficient funds to complete the purchase. Items will not be shipped until payment control has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

A PEKAN Jewellery offers multiple payment methods, which must be selected by the customer when completing the shopping cart.

Payment can be made by Multibanco, MBWay, Payshop, Paypal, Credit Card, Klarna and Bank Transfer🇧🇷 Any other means of payment will be clearly advertised on the website.

d) Discount/promotional codes

1. Account Discount Codes – Account holders may be offered discount codes from time to time on our website. These codes may be offered to another user, to be used for a purchase on our site.
2. Promotional Codes – We may offer, from time to time, promotional codes that may refer to one or more orders placed through our website.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERIES

A PEKAN Jewellery takes responsibility for your order while it is in transit until it arrives at your home. We require a signature for each order delivered, from which the responsibility for it passes to you. If the person referred to is not the person for the purpose of delivery (example of being a gift), then accept as proof of delivery the signature of another person (at the specified address) and the fulfillment by the PEKAN Jewellery, on delivery of the article; therefore, the responsibility is transferred to you.

Please note that we try to ship all orders within a maximum period of 3 weeks.

Indeed, the PEKAN jewelry creates jewels of unique and exclusive design, which are manufactured in its own workshop by its team of artisan jewelers, only under firm or confirmed order of final customers and without pre-stocking, since they are products using precious metals (of high value).

Delivery time should be understood as an approximate (not exact) reference, starting from the date of payment by the final customer and respective confirmation by the Brand.

A PEKAN Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Contrastaria Nacional (the national supervisory body of the jewelery sector, responsible for marking contrasts), by the carrier of the final product, customs clearance at destination or other unexpected reasons of force majeure.

RETURNS for EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS

YEA. The end customer has 30 days, from the date of receipt of the purchase, to return the item(s) and request their REFUND and/or VOUCHER.

Note: Before making a return for EXCHANGE or requesting a REFUND and/or VOUCHER, you must contact our services using the contacts shown on the website.

– If you wish to exchange your item (online) for a different item, we advise you to return it to obtain a voucher and then place a new order for the new item.

– If the article has a defect or an error occurred in the shipment, after verification, it will be refunded in the proportionate value of the article.

Items must be returned unused and with all tags. PEKAN Jewellery intact. All returns for damaged or worn items may not be accepted and returned to the customer and/or refund refused.

We make every effort to ensure that the colors of the products that appear on our website are as accurate and realistic as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is showing the exact colors.

COMPENSATION

If you breach the General Conditions of Sale and we do not take any action against you, PEKAN Jewellery retains its rights for any other situation where it breaches the General Conditions of Sale again.
